How it works:
With our Social Media Management, you will get a dedicated team of social media experts that will take your profiles to the next level through content creation, account management, and growth campaigns.
Content:
We start out by setting up a one-hour meeting with you to discover your Vision, Values & Why. Your dedicated writer will then create five content pieces a week for you that we will post Monday through Friday on both platforms.
All content we create for you will be based on who you are as a leader and your unique experiences. Most of the posts will include some type of creative made by our graphic design team, which can include a video, photo, and more. Each piece of content are written as if you had written them yourself!
Account Management:
Upon joining our services, we will revamp your chosen profile(s) with a professionally written biography, update your cover and profile photo, and optimize your profile to help attract the right recruits.
On LinkedIn, you will have an account manager in your profile daily to check your account notifications, wish your connections happy birthdays, and congratulate them on new roles. Your account manager will also respond to comments left on your posts, check your inbox, and help grow your audience through engagement.
On Facebook, you will have an account manager in your profile daily to check notifications, respond to comments and messages, and grow your followers through different engagement techniques. This can vary depending on what type of Facebook account you would like us to manage.
On Instagram, you will have an account manager in your profile daily to check notifications, respond to comments and messages, and grow your followers through different engagement techniques.
Scaling Your Recruiting Conversations:
On LinkedIn, each week we will send out 100 connection requests to people that match your ideal recruit; when they connect back with you, we will thank them for making that connection. We will also send messages of value to your ideal recruits to help establish a relationship with them. Furthermore, our team will run messaging campaigns to start recruiting conversations with your new connections by request.
