Prerequisites
As a coach, we are looking for individuals with proven track records of recruiting success that is bought into our methods and larger vision.
- Must be active on Social Media
- Completed 12 Week Recruiting Made Simple
- Actively Recruiting to Their Team
- 10 Monthly Coaching EVent
- Previous experience coaching a team (internal coaching qualifies)
- Time available - one coaching client a month
- Previous Recruiting Track Record
- 12 month contract required
